^^^I highly recommend using this website. It's a great place to get started or keep motivated, tracking your physical activity and daily intake. You can set a goal and use the weight manager to reach it and it even tells you how many calories you should be consuming to reach that goal. Usually I consume muuuuuch less. (Sssh...) Anyway, it's great. Use it.
