Food Babies

Weigh in: 133. I triple checked because it seemed impossible I could LOSE weight after last night's binge. A Starbucks frappachino, 2 cheese bagels, a chicken salad sandwich, 2 slices of bacon pizza, 1/2 box of Raisenettes, an entire pack of Twizzlers, a Dr. Pepper (not diet.) How disgusting is that? I literally looked pregnant last night, that's how huge my food baby was. Ugh. Gross.

Today's Cal Count

Burned: 345 on elliptical machine. Later I'll do 2 pilates videos. POP! Pilates is a lifesaver, seriously.

Consumed: Blueberry Almond Akins Breakfast Bar-130

Off to purge it. Caio!
